Medan. detik24.com. Seorang warga Medan yang menjadi korban pengeroyokan berinisial KG membantah telah memberikan sejumlah Uang kepada Oknum Polsek Medan Baru terkait kasus penganiayaan yang dialaminya beberapa waktu yang lalu.
Hal itu di bantahnya terkait adanya isu yang beredar mengatakan bahwa Oknum Polsek Medan Baru menerima sejumlah Uang atas kasus tersebut.
KG menjelaskan bahwa saat ini dirinya dan pelaku penganiayaan telah menempuh jalur perdamaian.
Perdamaian yang di tempuh korban dan pelaku di lakukan secara kekeluargaan melalui proses Restoratif Justice (RJ).
Jalur damai ini di lakukan dalam kondisi sadar dan tanpa ada intervensi dari pihak mana pun.
“Saya tidak ada mengasih (memberi) Uang ke pihak Polsek Medan Baru”, ucap KG, ketika saat di konfirmasi Jurnalis melalui via seluler.
Masih kata KG, pemberitaan atas adanya dugaan pemberian sejumlah Uang kepada Oknum Polsek Medan Baru adalah tidak benar.
Ia pun menegaskan bahwa dirinya telah berdamai dengan para pelaku. Di katakannya bahwa para pelaku bersedia menanggung biaya perobatan dan ganti rugi yang di alaminya pasca penganiayaan.
KG juga membenarkan bahwa dirinya dan keluarganya telah memaafkan para pelaku.
Pasalnya kedua belah pihak telah sepakat untuk tidak memperpanjang masalah ini.
Atas dasar kesepakatan tersebut, pihak korban mengaku mencabut laporannya secara mandiri dan atas kemauan sendiri.
Kesepakatan itu pun di sampaikan korban ke pihak Polsek Medan Baru melalui Penyidik untuk selanjutnya mencabut laporannya.
Pencabutan laporan yang di lakukan korban di benarkan Kanit Reskrim Polsek Medan Baru, Iptu. Harjuna Bangun.
Terkait isu menerima Uang, Kanit Reskrim Polsek Medan Baru, Iptu. Harjuna Bangun menjelaskan bahwa isu itu hoaks.
“Korban mencabut sendiri laporannya. Itu kemauan dia sendiri Bang. Tidak benar itu ada menerima Uang, bohong itu Bang”, jelasnya saat di hubungi awak media melalui lewat WhatsApp.
Di tempat terpisah, Kapolsek Medan Baru, Kompol. Yayang Rizki Pratama, SIK saat di konfirmasi melalui lewat pesan WhatsApp-nya, menanggapi dugaan menerima isu Uang perdamaian antara kedua pihak.
Dirinya menegaskan bahwa isu tersebut adalah informasi bohong dan tidak benar.
“Itu informasi salah Bang, enggak benar itu. Kita tidak ada terima Uang apa pun dari korban mau pun para pelaku”, kata Kompol. Yayang Rizki Pratama, SIK saat di konfirmasi melalui lewat pesan WhatsApp-nya, pada Sabtu (20/04/2024) malam.
Kompol Yayang juga menjelaskan, kedua belah pihak telah berdamai sesuai kemauan mereka sendiri tanpa ada intervensi dari pihak lain.
“Mereka sepakat berdamai secara Restoratif Justice (RJ) tanpa paksaan dan itu keinginan mereka sendiri. Jadi mohon di luruskan ya Bang, isu menerima Uang adalah keliru dan tegas saya katakan itu tidak benar”, tandasnya. (Red/Tim)
