ROKAN-HILIR | detik24.com. Pada Rabu Tanggal 3 Juli 2024 – Kuasa hukum Saro Toto Navo Hulu menyatakan kepada wartawan bahwa kliennya, Sumarno, tidak bersalah atas kasus jual beli lahan yang bertempat di RT 011/ RW 004 Yayasan, Kelurahan Cempedak Rahuk, Kabupaten Rokan Hilir, Provinsi Riau.
Menurut Toto, lahan seluas empat hektar tersebut telah dijual kepada saudara Nur’Ain dengan uang muka (DP) seratus lima puluh juta rupiah Rp 150.00000. dan dengan proses yang jelas dan dokumen yang akurat.
“Semua surat dan data terkait jual beli lahan ini lengkap dan telah diverifikasi keasliannya,” ujar Toto. “Sumarno hanya menjalankan transaksi berdasarkan surat atau dokumen yang sah dan valid. Kami yakin bahwa tidak ada pelanggaran hukum yang dilakukan oleh klien kami dalam kasus ini.”
Selanjutnya awak media mencoba mengkomfirmasi saudara Sumarno, iapun membenarkan apa yang di sampaikan dari Toto hulu dan menyatakan ” bahwa kami melakukan transaksi jual beli lahan tersebut secara transparan dan dengan kesepakatan bersama tidak ada sesuatu hal apapun yang kami tutup tutupi dari saudara Nur’Ain sebagai pembeli lahan kami ucap Sumarno.
Tambahnya “Tidak ada unsur penipuan atau penyimpangan dalam transaksi ini. Semua pihak telah sepakat dan mengikuti prosedur yang benar,” dan kami bisa menunjukkan surat atau bukti-bukti kepemilikan lahan tersebut”. ucap Toto Hulu.
Kasus ini sempat mencuat dan menimbulkan berbagai spekulasi Namun, dengan penjelasan dan bukti-bukti yang disampaikan oleh pihak, Sumarno diharapkan publik dapat memahami dan menghargai kebenaran, tutupnya.
