ROKAN-HILIR detik24.com. Masih membahas tentang kinerja Pemerintah Daerah Pemkab Rokan Hilir terkait dengan sejumlah keluhan dari berbagai pihak, yang berkaitan dengan keuangan daerah.

Informasi sementara, sampai saat ini 2 Juli 2024 sejumlah keluhan terkait dengan sendatan ekonomi daerah itu masih menjamur di kalangan masyarakat luas, dan terutama, bagi masyarakat yang terlibat dalam berjalannya roda kepemerintahan daerah ini, ataupun masyarakat yang terlibat dalam persoalan tunda bayar.

Dugaan sementara, lemahnya kinerja dari pihak terkait, di sinyalir membuat keluhan tersebut tak bisa di hindarkan, bahkan mirisnya, persoalan tersebut di perparah dengan kebungkaman dari pihak BPKAD Rokan Hilir sa’at di konfirmasi wartawan.
Melalui via Wasttsahpnya, kepala BPKAD Rokan Hilir terus di mintai keterangannya atas terjadinya persoalan tersebut, namun sangat di sayangkan, yang bersangkutan belum juga memberikan penjelasan terhadap konfirmasi publik terkait persoalan serupa, hingga pemberitaan ini kembali di terbitkan.

Sementara itu, berbagai pihak yang menerima dampak dari adanya dugaan sendatan ekonomi daerah itu, hingga saat ini masih terus menyampaikan kepada wartawan tentang tak selesainya pembayaran dari Pemerintah Daerah.

Dalam penjelasannya,pihak rekanan kontraktor mengatakan ” Kegiatan saya belum di bayar bang sampai sekarang, jadi kita bingung, kayak mana kedepannya jika terus-terusan kami menghadapi persoalan ini ” Jelas pihak rekanan kontraktor kepada wartawan Selasa 02/07/2024.

Hal yang sama juga di sampaikan oleh sejumlah pihak terkait dengan adanya dugaan sendatan soal TPP (Tambahan Penghasilan Pegawai)yang sampai sekarang belum menemukan kepastian dari pihak terkait(BPKAD)

“Kami pun tentang Tambahan Penghasilan Pegawai(TPP) dan sejenisnya belum juga cair bang, tapi ya harus gimana, sekalipun kami sangat mengharapkan TPP tersebut bisa cair, namun semua itu tetap tergantung pada pihak terkait” Ucap PNS kepada awak media.

Sementara itu, informasi sementara terkait dengan persoalan tunda bayar ini, yang di anggap belum selesai, bukan hanya di tahun 2024 saja, hal yang sama juga di alami pihak rekanan kontraktor pada tahun 2023 lalu, yang mana sederetan terkait tunda bayar tersebut belum juga mempunyai titik terang nya

Untuk itu, hingga, kembali pemberitaan ini di terbitkan, Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Rokan Hilir belum memberikan jawabannya terkait persoalan serupa, hal itu berkesesuaian terhadap bungkamnya kepalaBPKAD Rokan Hilir saat dikonfirmasi wartawan.
